I wanted the bee to go outside, as I don't fancy being stung in the night as I sleep. I handed him the fly swatter. But he would not kill the bee! When I asked why, his main reason was that he did not want to get stung or mess with my plants. But, then he decided to educate me about the benefits of bees.
According to him, the bees fertilize the plants! When I asked how they did this, he looked confused, but then assured me that it had something to do with their legs. Perhaps he meant pollinate?

I don't know anyone who likes to be stung by a bee, I know we need them and they are important but I don't want one around me
Please don't kill the bees. We are having a terrible time here in California with whole hives dying. We are trying to keep each and every bee alive because our agriculture will fail if the bees die.
They are begging people to not pull dandelions or use weedkiller, as it is the bees' first food.
Well, it looks like the consensus is to let him BEE! I'm sure that was not really HeWho's altruistic motive. He just didn't want to bother.
I did not want the bee dead, just shooed out of my kitchen. I like bees and the seem to flourish in my gardens .... just not in my kitchen.
I know we need them and they are important but I don't want one around me
