The rigs came in and the weather was sunny. The ad was in the paper for the huge garage(less) sale. Ads on the radio, too. The weather seemed to be in a mood to cooperate. 
Overnight everything changed. The temperature dropped and the rain came. I watched the local news and rumor was that it would clear up, but that never really happened. 
With high hopes all the merchandise came forth ............
We used the front porch in an effort to stay dry as the misty drizzle was there to stay.
Traffic was slow, painfully slow.
Inside was spirited conversation as we waited for buyers.
The garage sale was less than successful, but we all enjoyed the company of each other. Kan-Do Kampers are a hardy bunch!

nothing worse than a garage sale and no customers cause then you have to haul all your stuff back.
Sad that you got rained out but it looked like a friendly group visiting!

It does look like you had a great time Kathy even though the sale wasn't too successful.
The rain has been never ending here, but at least everything is green.
ah at least you had each other to have fun with...yeah nature does not cooperate with our yard sales either...3 weeks now of saturday rain...and a basement full of junk pulled out...
Garage sales are such hard work. By the last day I want to give it away so I don't have to pack it back up again. I wish you sun and blue skys for the next one.
I'm tired of the rain here too.
Though I am planning on doing a yard sale Memorial Day week-end. I hope it quits raining by then...
I don't think I've ever seen anything about the Kan Do Campers that didn't look like fun!
Sorry about the rain but at least you all enjoyed each other's company. Our neighborhood is having a yard sale soon and we have a little to contribute. I'm hoping for nice weather.

Sorry the garage sale was a bust, but if it makes you feel better, it's raining all over....especially on weekends!
Hey! I found some good stuff and got my glasses fixed too!!!!! Of course, it was a miserable day outside, but the coffee was hot and the muffins yummy! Not a good day for rolling out the snow cone machine unfortunately!!!! Perhaps in the fall?
