Water Baby

Meet baby Zara. I have yet to encounter a child so easily entertained. A chair to stand in, a cup and a stream of water from the faucet = endless fun.

Fill the cup.

Over and over again.

Empty and start over.

She also likes to sweep and dust and throw things away. And always happy. If she does something she knows she is not supposed to do she will wrap those little arms around your and give you a serious hug!
I will miss the sweet weight of a sleeping baby in my arms ......... as soon as I get some rest and my muscles stop aching!

  5. That's funny. My daughter is the same way. I gave her a vacuum and she got brooms and mops for Christmas (all toys, of course). She likes to help me dust and loves to throw things away. If I don't time it right I cannot empty the dishwasher without help, and she gets giddy when I get her to set the table. All of this in a 2 year old! Frankly, I'm eating it up because I know it won't last too long:)

I know you've enjoyed your time there!

  12. she is such a cutie! Isaiah loves to watch the water run, too and when he was about her age he would do the same thing. It fascinated him.

Some child loved throwing things away so much here that our ceiling fan remote is now gone. I have no idea which kid to blame but it was one of the three that have been here. Dang them...

  13. She is so cute. I remember my children liking to do the same thing. It is fascinating to watch the water stream from the cup - we can only wonder what connections are being driven in the brain. I will have my grandson for ten days in May. It should be very interesting and lots of fun, I only hope I can keep up!

  16. It's fun to see the individual personalities of each of these girls. I wonder if she's the type to play with the box the toy came in, instead of the TOY? Too cute!
